• A successfully completed degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in managing technical or industrial projects
• Knowledge in the fields of mechanical engineering, custom machine building, semiconductor technology, laser technology, or high-tech plant engineering
• Experience with traditional and/or agile project management methods
• A structured, solution-oriented, and independent work style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Confident demeanor when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders

• Independent management of development, customer, and industrialization projects
• Planning, managing, and monitoring project objectives, budgets, resources, and schedules
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teams from development, production, sales, and service
• Communicating with customers, partners, and suppliers at the national and international levels
• Conducting risk analyses and implementing appropriate countermeasures
• Organizing and facilitating project meetings, workshops, and reviews
• Ensuring transparent project communication with management and stakeholders
• Further developing project management processes and standards
