We are currently looking for a motivated and personable Public Relations Assistant to join our team in College Station, TX.

Strive Global is seeking a confident and personable Public Relations Specialist to help strengthen our brand presence, build positive relationships, and support communication initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, clients, partners, and the public to help communicate key messages clearly and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, people-oriented, and comfortable representing a growing company in a polished and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Support public relations and communication initiatives

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and community contacts

• Assist with the preparation of company communications, presentations, and promotional materials

• Represent Strive Global professionally during meetings, events, and business interactions

• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external contacts

• Help maintain consistent brand messaging across company initiatives

• Assist with planning and executing promotional events and public-facing activities

• Respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and company relationships

• Collaborate with team members on campaigns, outreach efforts, and special projects

• Maintain organized records related to communications, contacts, and ongoing initiatives
