In this role, you will support promotional campaigns, interact directly with customers, represent brands professionally, and help create engaging experiences that strengthen customer awareness and interest.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, staying active throughout the day, and developing skills in promotions, customer engagement, sales support, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and its campaigns in a professional and positive manner

• Engage with customers and provide clear information about current promotions, products, or services

• Support promotional events and customer engagement initiatives

• Assist with presenting campaign information in an approachable and professional way

• Build positive relationships with customers through effective communication

• Answer general questions and direct customers to appropriate resources when necessary

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals

• Maintain a strong understanding of current promotions and campaign objectives

• Assist with campaign setup, organization, and daily promotional activities

• Provide feedback regarding customer interactions and campaign performance

• Maintain professional standards and a customer-focused attitude at all times
