Job Description Summary :

Supporting Sales Team in managing sales data from multiple distributors administration process, provide sales performance and ensures timely reporting data

Job Description :

• Support the Sales Team in managing sales administration and daily operational activities.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate sales data from multiple distributors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports accurately and on time.
• Monitor sales performance and analyze sales trends to support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in sales reporting systems.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal departments to resolve data discrepancies.
• Maintain sales databases and update customer/distributor information.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, dashboards, and performance reports.
• Support the implementation of sales policies and administrative procedures.

Job requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of sales reporting and distributor management processes.
• Able to manage large volumes of data accurately and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity, organized, and responsible.
