Job Summary

Government hospital in the UAE is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join its professional nursing team. The role involves delivering safe, compassionate, and evidence-based patient care across a hospital environment. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining high standards of clinical practice, patient safety, and nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and identify changes in clinical condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care where required.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medications, and ongoing care.
• Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and hospital clinical protocols.
• Respond appropriately to emergency and deteriorating patient situations.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and other nursing staff.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Recognized Western nursing qualification and professional registration preferred.
• Valid nursing registration in the country of current practice.
• Relevant clinical nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Experience in areas such as Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency, Pediatrics, Operating Theatre, or other specialties is an advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Good knowledge of infection control, medication safety, and clinical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
