RELIEF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- ESSEQUIBO



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To achieve agreed upon sales targets and all customer service & sales goals as set out by the Company i.e. visit rate, service rate, DVS compliance.
  • To visit, engage and generate orders using strong arguments to be existing and prospective customers.
  • To recommend the Company’s range of products (new brands or portfolios, particular) to customers and gain trial/purchase.
  • To establish, strengthen and maintain positive business relationships with all our customers.
  • To maintain and where applicable expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • To expedite and gain speedy resolution to all customer complaints, to their satisfaction.
  • To coordinate sales efforts with team members and across all departments.
  • To submit orders and ensure processing is done in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure deliveries are done in a timely basis in coordination with the Warehouse and/or own Lorry, where applicable.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 CXCs (Grades I – III) or sound secondary education
  • Communication Skills.
  • Collaboration.
  • Problem Solving
