Your mission

Production and delivery of fund regulatory and client reports
Ensure report dissemination to clients' target recipients such as distributors, platforms and data providers
Report filing to regulators
Ensure that all reports are consistent, accurate and meet the underlying requirements
Client and report recipients’ query handling
Data validation, data sanity checks and database management
First- and second-level support for iQuant Platform users
Support with client and data onboarding
Tracking of report creation and distribution
Track and communicate issues to the Relationship Management Team
Support with the creation of documentation and guidelines
Help to implement new reports and regulations

Your profile

Commercial education and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial reporting
Solid understanding of the asset management industry and its data processes
Ability to get familiar with several fund reporting types
Proficient in Excel. Knowledge of MySQL is a plus
Client-focused, fast-learning, and problem-solving personality
Strong interest in the asset management industry
Experience in fund accounting is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English is a must. Other languages are a plus
