TeleSolv is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support Government data analysis and report development initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and data visualization solutions.
- Design and support ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data integration.
- Collect, validate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for Government leadership and stakeholders.
- Support data quality, accessibility, governance, and reporting automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and service leads to integrate analytics into broader organizational initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- ITIL v3
- Expert-level data analysis and business intelligence capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI dashboard development.
- Strong SQL and data pipeline development experience.
- Ability to convert complex technical findings into clear, actionable reports for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting analytics-driven decision making and organizational performance improvement.
