Reporting to the Fire Alarm Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality fire alarm installations and services to our clients. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of sites and systems, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. What you’ll do:
- Install, inspect, test, and maintain a range of fire alarm systems
- Ensure all materials and equipment are ready and available for site work
- Deliver quality workmanship, personally and through mentoring others
- Maintain compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Support and guide other technicians with leadership and technical expertise
Qualifications
You’re a skilled technician with a strong fire protection background and a knack for problem-solving. You take pride in your work, enjoy working as part of a team, and are ready to step up, with potential to grow into a Project Manager role.
You’ll bring:
- Solid experience in programming and fault-finding
- A strong technical background in fire protection systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- The ability to work independently
- A full, clean NZ driver’s licence
