Service Solutions Sales Consultant

We’re looking for a confident Service Solutions Sales Consultant to help customers find the right cleaning solution while driving growth for our business.

We’re a UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential End of Tenancy cleaning, and this role is ideal for someone who combines strong communication skills with a natural sales ability.

The Role

You’ll speak with warm leads, understand exactly what each customer needs and recommend the most suitable service — turning enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and convert warm leads

• Understand customer needs through effective questioning

• Recommend suitable cleaning solutions

• Build rapport and establish customer confidence

• Follow up with prospective clients

• Manage lead and customer information through the CRM

• Negotiate effectively and overcome objections

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

2. Clear and professional English communication

3. Able to manage responsibilities independently

4. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

5. Resilient and comfortable handling rejection

6. Proven track record in phone-based sales and meeting targets

7. Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

8. Experienced with CRM systems

9. Strong negotiation and customer issue-resolution skills

10. Own reliable laptop or desktop
