The Reinsurance Administration Sr. Specialist supports the front‑end accounting and compliance activities of the reinsurance program. This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and coordinating reinsurance and custodial agreements and related documentation. The position partners closely with internal teams such as sales, legal, and reinsurance and external stakeholders, including agents, dealer customers, banks, outside attorneys and others. This role is ideal for a highly detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, manages multiple priorities, and can quickly take ownership of responsibilities.
