Technical support engineer / Automation Specialist

This position will be reporting to the Operation Manager 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and revise all tech, offers
• Provide all products data sheets whenever it needed for all company depts.
• Prepare all designs, BOQ ,item codes
• Ability to provide technical support for all projects, clients for wide Iraq, can travel with sales team or alone to any point in Iraq needed technical support.
• Study all catalogs and brands available to be use in designs and offers submitted .  
• Attend the tech. support events, exhibitions and seminars.
• Participate in technical training courses .
• Involve in all products order preparation and provide the tech. knowledge in this regard.
• Cover all tech, issues whenever it needed even if it’s not within his specialist (team work).
• Involve in company branches renovations and provide all tech. supports
• Will be attend in all necessary training courses inside and outside the country that rise up his tech. skills and knowledge.
• perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager
• Have a team work mentality and a Problem Solving personality .

Qualifications

Academic Qualification:

- BSC in Electrical Engineering

Additional Information

Core Skills and Experience: 

• Good experience in AUTOCAD programs   .
• Good experience in MICROSOFT programs   ( word , excel , power point , PDF ...etc. ) .
• Good experience in systems ( AUTOMATION ETS5 or update version )  designs standards .
• Have good knowledge in systems  theories and definitions .
• Have a good experience in local brands and international brands that related to the above systems .
• Have experience in automation system ( KNX & WIRELESS )  installations and programming  and the know how regarding calculation , design and how to programming using ETS for KNX systems .
• Have experience in facade light  system installations and programming and addressing  and the know how regarding calculation , design and how to programming using led easy or any other similar software .
• Minimum two year experience.
