Trial & Standardization Specialist

Job Description Summary:

Support the development, testing, implementation, and standardization of transformation and mechanization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Job Description:

• Support transformation and mechanization project implementation.

• Conduct assessments and feasibility analyses for improvement initiatives.

• Execute trials, testing, evaluations, and project rollouts.

• Review and improve equipment, processes, and technical designs.

• Develop standards, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

• Monitor project performance and benefit realization.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and recommendations.

• Present project findings, implementation updates, and recommendations at board meetings for company wide implementation.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, mechanization, operational improvement, engineering, transformation projects, or continuous improvement initiatives in palm oil industry.
• Experience in plantation, manufacturing, agriculture, heavy equipment, or industrial operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project implementation, trials, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience in developing SOPs and operational standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel and support project implementation at operational sites.
