Video Editor (Design Team)

Job Description:

To own the video production lifecycle for the company. This includes conceptualizing, storyboarding, editing,
and delivering high-quality video content for various platforms (social media, website, YouTube, campaigns).
The role requires creative storytelling skills, technical proficiency with professional equipment and editing
software, and the ability to manage projects from brief to final delivery.
Operational KPI :-
1- Edit & Produce 30++ Long Form Videos Yearly / With Average Of 3 Per Month . Long Form Includes
Podcasts, Internal Used Case Studies & Trainings. Long Form is 60 Min Videos Well Edited, Engaging,
And With visuals.
2- Edit & Produce 1,000 ++ Short Form Videos Per Year / With Average Of 3 Videos Daily For Either Our
Internal Or External Use On All Platforms.
3- Edit & Produce 1,000++ Still Pictures Posts Per Year / With Average Of 4 Psc Daily For Either Our
Internal Or External Use On All Platforms.

Role & Box on Structure Mission:-
After 3 month:

Hit 25% Of Our Yearly Targeted Capacities (Short,Long,Still ) 1 Long Form Weekly , 2Psc/ Short & Still Daily.

After 6 month:

Hit 60% Of Our Yearly Targeted Capacities (Short,Long,Still ) 1 Long Form Weekly , 4Psc/ Short & Still Daily.

After 9 month:
Hit full Fine Tuned Quality of Posts To Be As Close As Possible To Top Players in Market Like

After 12 month:

Put Next Yearly Volume Operational KPI , And New Hires to Be Engaged for Next Year.
Put Investment Plan For Next Year to Reach Triple Volume Of Above Operational KPI. 100 Long Form ,
