Virtual Sales Advisor

We’re a growing UK-based cleaning company specialising in Residential and End of Tenancy cleaning, and we’re looking for a confident Virtual Sales Advisor to join our team.

The Role

You’ll engage with customers remotely, manage warm enquiries, advise them on our services and turn genuine interest into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and convert warm customer leads

• Advise customers on suitable cleaning services

• Build rapport and create a positive customer experience

• Follow up with prospects and maximise conversion

• Manage leads and customer data within the CRM

• Handle questions, objections and customer issues

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Negotiable basic salary + uncapped commission

• OTE R25,000+ per month

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct sales, telesales, or business development

• Clear and professional communication in English, written and verbal

• Able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting

• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Resilient under pressure and able to handle rejection calmly

• Proven success in phone-based sales and meeting targets

• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

• Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and client data

• Skilled in negotiation and resolving customer issues effectively

• Own reliable laptop or desktop

• Stable internet connection (minimum download speed of 20mbps)
