The Private Wealth Coordinator works with the Business Development Department and liaises with the Investment Management and Trust Departments to assist with the development, growth and administration of the Private Wealth, Investment Management and Trust products and services of the RF Group. This role ensures that clients are provided with a superior level of quality and timely information and execution of requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate administrative responsibilities between Private Wealth, Trusts, and Investment Management by delivering an exceptional client experience through professional, timely and personalized service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a key point of contact for client communications and service requests.
  • Coordinate all aspects of client onboarding, ensuring documentation and internal processes are completed efficiently for Private Wealth and Trust clients
  • Maintain business development pipelines and reporting as well as maintain accurate client records and CRM systems.
  • Experience dealing with RF counterparties, internal brokerage and RF Advisors across the region.
  • Prepare personalized portfolio review packs, investment reports, presentations and client communications.
  • Plan and coordinate client seminars, networking events, sponsorships, product launches and other engagement activities that strengthen client relationships and enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage the distribution of quarterly market commentary, product information, and client communications. Ensure the timely distribution of quarterly commentary and fact sheets.
  • Coordinate and support the launch of new investment products, fund options and service promotions, ensuring effective internal collaboration and client communication.
  • Prospecting/identifying potential clients with available products and opportunities.
  • Coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives that promote Private Wealth, Investment Management and Trust services, including client communications, newsletters, investment updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate client records, HubSpot CRM system and business development pipelines, while identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
  • Provide RF Black Card administrative support.
  • Assist with the implementation of new investment products, wealth management initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships through proactive engagement.


Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Finance.
  • Minimum three years' experience in banking, financial services, wealth management, marketing and/or client relationship management – Caribbean experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of banking and finance industry.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, client events and communications – advantageous
  • Experience supporting Private Wealth, Investment Management, Trust or Business Development functions is advantageous
  • Series 7 Certification an asset.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hubspot CRM system.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong adherence to professional standards and confidentiality
  • Continued professional education to retain accounting credentials required
