What You’ll Do:

Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing a pipeline of qualified B2B prospects

Run consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes

Understand customer pain points around growth & lead generation, and translate our platform's capabilities into business value

Navigate deals with multiple stakeholders including marketing leaders, sales heads, business owners and founders

Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets in a high-growth environment

What We're Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS and 1+ years of experience selling to North America

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota

Strong discovery skills—you know how to uncover pain points and qualify opportunities effectively

Comfortable with consultative, value-based selling rather than transactional approaches

Experience selling to SMB or mid-market B2B companies (manufacturing, distribution, or services a plus)

Experience closing deals on low-intent, outbound deals

Self-starter mentality—you're comfortable building process and refining your approach in a startup environment

Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical buyers

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

2-4 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or digital services

Proven track record hitting/exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment

SMB sales chops—you know how to build urgency, handle objections, and close without lengthy procurement cycles

Consultative selling skills—you diagnose before prescribing and can articulate ROI clearly

Comfort with ambiguity—you’re joining an early-stage startup where adaptability matters

CRM proficiency (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and strong process discipline

Excellent English communication skills for engaging with global prospects
