Responsibilities:

  • Gather, consolidate, and structure business requirements for controlling reporting and process mining provided by various business stakeholder groups.
  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to establish standardized and consistent reporting requirements across the organization.
  • Analyze and document relevant data entities, business relationships, and source system dependencies.
  • Translate business requirements into clear specifications for data models, analytics, and reporting solutions.
  • Support the development and enhancement of data models within SAP BW/4HANA and directly on the SAP HANA database.
  • Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Celonis.
  • Support reporting and analytics use cases related to customer contact management and controlling.
  • Coordinate implementation activities according to the Product Owner's backlog priorities and communicate prioritization decisions transparently to the relevant business stakeholder groups.
  • Act as an interface between business stakeholders, Business Analytics teams, and Product Owners, ensuring an effective flow of information and requirements.Communicate business-driven backlog and prioritization needs from specialist teams to the Product Owner.
  • Identify, document, communicate, and track business-related impediments and dependencies through resolution.
  • Proactively identify inconsistencies, logical errors, and gaps in business requirements and coordinate clarification with relevant stakeholders and Product Owners.
  • Document meetings, requirements, decisions, and business alignments and ensure appropriate handover of documentation to the customer.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of the Meter2Cash data and analytics landscape, supporting reporting needs for internal stakeholders, external market partners, and other relevant parties.

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, BI Consulting, or a comparable role, ideally within complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience translating business requirements into data, analytics, and reporting specifications.Good understanding of data models, data entities, relationships, and source system structures.
  • Experience with SAP BW/4HANA and/or SAP HANA, particularly in the context of data modeling and reporting.Hands-on experience developing reporting and analytics solutions with:
  • Power BI
  • SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Celonis
    • Experience with controlling reporting, process mining, or customer-related analytics is highly desirable.
  • Ability to identify logical inconsistencies, dependencies, and gaps in business requirements and proactively drive clarification.
  • Experience working with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical/data teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions between different business and technical groups.High degree of ownership, independence, and accountability.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an agile project or product environment.Strong documentation and organizational skills, including the ability to transparently track requirements, decisions, priorities, and impediments.
  • Fluent German is required for professional and business communication.
