Mantra Inc. is a global AI startup dedicated to eliminating “language barriers” in the entertainment industry, guided by our mission to “deliver manga in the world’s languages.” We envision a future where people everywhere can enjoy the latest manga, anime, and games simultaneously, and engage in conversations that transcend national borders and cultural differences. 機械翻訳のポストエディットと品質管理

複数プロジェクトの同時進行とリソース調整

社内外関係者（翻訳者、デザイナー、エンジニア、顧客）との調整・コミュニケーション

プロジェクトスケジュール策定および進捗管理

カスタマーサポート／顧客対応

国内外顧客(toB)とのコミュニケーション（Email / Slack / オンラインMTG）

問い合わせ対応およびフォローアップ

顧客ニーズのヒアリングと社内共有

営業・ビジネスサポート

既存顧客への提案活動・関係維持

新規顧客へのサービス提案

納品物の確認・品質チェック

契約・条件調整のサポート

Project Management

Managing the progress of translation projects

Post-editing and quality control of machine translation

Managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating resources

Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders (translators, designers, engineers, and clients)

Developing project schedules and monitoring progress

Customer Support

Communication with domestic and international B2B clients (via email, Slack, and online meetings)

Handling inquiries and follow-ups

Gathering client feedback and sharing it internally

Sales and Business Support

Proposing solutions to existing clients and maintaining relationships

Proposing services to new clients

Reviewing and quality-checking deliverables

Supporting contract negotiations and terms adjustments

必須スキル/Required Skills

B2B営業・ビジネス開発経験（業界不問）

ビジネスレベルの英語力

日本語力：顧客とテキストベースで円滑にコミュニケーション可能なレベル

複数業務を責任を持って同時並行で遂行できる方

Experience in B2B sales and business development(any industry)

Business-level English proficiency

Japanese proficiency: Ability to communicate smoothly with clients via text

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a sense of responsibility

歓迎スキル/Preferred Skills

エンタメ業界（出版、マンガ、アニメ、ゲーム等）での経験

広告代理店・印刷業界（凸版印刷等）での営業・プロジェクトマネジメント経験

エンタープライズ企業に向けた営業経験

AIを活用したGAS(Google Apps Script)の自動化ソリューション構築経験

エンタメ・マンガへの強い興味関心

翻訳経験または翻訳業界への理解

日本語・英語以外の言語スキル

Experience in the entertainment industry (publishing, manga, anime, games, etc.)

Sales and project management experience at advertising agencies or in the printing industry (e.g., Toppan Printing)

Sales experience targeting enterprise-level companies

Experience building automation solutions using GAS (Google Apps Script) and AI

A strong interest in entertainment and manga

Translation experience or an understanding of the translation industry

Language skills in languages other than Japanese and English
