Consultant Physiotherapist (American Board, Australian Board, CCT)

Job Summary

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Physiotherapist to provide advanced assessment, rehabilitation and evidence-based physiotherapy care across complex musculoskeletal, neurological and rehabilitation cases.

Key Duties

• Assess and manage complex musculoskeletal, neurological and sports-related conditions.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.
• Provide advanced manual therapy, exercise therapy and functional rehabilitation.
• Manage post-operative and chronic rehabilitation cases.
• Work closely with Orthopaedics, Neurology, Rehabilitation Medicine and other specialists.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Support multidisciplinary case management and clinical decision-making.
• Mentor junior physiotherapists and contribute to clinical education.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, research and evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy.
• Advanced postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation or a relevant specialty.
• Consultant-level clinical experience in a hospital, rehabilitation centre or tertiary-care setting.
• UK CCT, Western Qualification, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board preferred.
• Strong experience managing complex rehabilitation cases.
• Eligible for DHA/DoH/MOHAP licensing, subject to authority assessment.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
