Consultant Dietician / Nutritionist (UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board)

Job Summary

A leading healthcare organization in the KSA is seeking an experienced Consultant Dietician / Nutritionist to provide advanced clinical nutrition assessment, dietary management and evidence-based nutritional care for patients with complex medical conditions.

Key Duties

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition plans.
• Manage patients with obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal disorders and other nutrition-related conditions.
• Provide medical nutrition therapy and monitor patient outcomes.
• Support nutritional management of complex and chronic diseases.
• Work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Provide patient and family education on nutrition and lifestyle modification.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, research and professional education.
• Mentor junior dietitians/nutritionists and support development of clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or Clinical Nutrition.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Consultant/senior-level clinical experience in a hospital or tertiary-care setting.
• UK CCT, Western Qualification, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board preferred where applicable to the candidate's professional pathway.
• Strong experience in clinical nutrition and medical nutrition therapy.
• Medical license to practice in KSA, subject to applicable professional requirements.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
