Responsibilities and key activities

  • Support end-to-end HR administration processes related to employee onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation in line with internal procedures and applicable labour law requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
  • Support payroll processes by preparing and validating HR data and cooperating with the payroll provider.
  • Administer employee benefits and provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR administrative matters.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR administrative processes through automation and digital solutions.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of new HR tools, systems and technologies that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities and HR projects.
  • Qualifications and experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration or Payroll.
  • University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of labour law and HR administration processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A structured, accurate and conscientious approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • A proactive attitude, strong ownership and a genuine interest in developing a career in HR Administration and Payroll.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to identify opportunities to simplify, automate and optimize HR processes.
  • Interest in new technologies, digital HR solutions and AI tools, with the motivation to learn and apply them in everyday work.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
