Legal Officer

An innovative telecommunications company specialized in delivering cutting edge Metro fiber optic network solutions in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

· Draft a wide range of corporate legal agreements

· Provide advice on corporate legal issues and business matters

· Provide internal advisory services to the business units and departments

· Ensure development of service level agreements for service support and delivery

· Monitor the maintenance of registers and other records required to be maintained by the company under the companies and allied matters act(CAMA)

· Ensure company compliance in line with telecoms industry regulators/ legal requirements and obligations (like NCC)

· Assist in the development of guidelines policies and procedures

· Analyze, review and draft contracts and agreements for HR and the board.

Must have telecommunication Industry experience and/or knowledge
