About this role

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Livestream Operations Coordinator to
support our livestream business by managing MC and Live Moderator scheduling, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring smooth execution of livestream campaigns.This role requires strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills to work closely with internal teams and external talents in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Livestream Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Manage daily booking and scheduling of MCs and Live Moderators for livestream
    campaigns.
  • Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage for all livestream
    sessions.
  • Communicate with MCs, Live Moderators, and internal stakeholders regarding
    schedules, updates, and changes.
  • Handle schedule adjustments and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Operations Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Commercial, Livestream Account Managers and Livestream Account Associate to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Ensure all assigned livestream sessions are properly staffed and prepared.
    Monitor attendance and escalate any staffing issues or last-minute changes.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for MCs and Live Moderators regarding schedules and operational matters.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams and external talents.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation.
  • Prepare daily and weekly scheduling reports as required.
  • Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Coordination, Operations, Administrative Support, or other related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and a strong team player.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce, livestreaming, digital marketing, media, or agency
    environments is an advantage.
  • Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or talent coordination is a plus.
