Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor

PHARMACEUTICAL SALES SUPERVISOR (St. Ann, St. Mary, Portland, part of Kingston)

We are seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Supervisor to lead and support our pharmaceutical sales team in achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance, customer coverage, field activities and sales reports, providing timely feedback and support.
• Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
• Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives and support the execution of promotional activities.
• Support customer account management, collections and resolution of customer issues.
• Participate in performance reviews, training and development of the sales team.
• Prepare regular sales reports and business reviews.

Desired Candidate profile:

• First degree in Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with strong exposure to retail and distribution.
• Proven experience in sales supervision, coaching and team development.
• Sound knowledge of Jamaica's pharmaceutical retail and distribution trade.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer relationship and commercial skills.
• Willingness to travel out of town, including overnight.
