Sales

- Initiate direct contact to potential customers in order to provide theservices and can go with technician or expert.

- Continuallycollect,analyzeandmonitorinformationfrom customers in order to improvetheperformanceofcustomersatisfaction.

- Introduce new products and services to our customers

- Be the center of the network between Sales, Customer and production department.

- Communicate by email with customers to find out their specific requirements in order to offer solutions, prices, and timeline of the products

- Prepare Order Confirmation, and Order Status report to customers and Shipping document.

- Coordinate with sales and production department regarding to the order status, artwork status, scheduling, and any update information in order to deliver the goods according to the customer’s requirements

- Tracking production order status , inform order progress and delivery plan to customers.

- Source and compare the price of Freight Forwarder services

- Support sales task (Quotation) during over trip

Qualifications:

- Excellent Command of English

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordinator, Sales or other related fields.

- Knowledge in operating Basic Windows Applications, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

- Flexible and service minded

- Prioritize tasks under time pressure

- Being able to multitask

- Patient with routine jobs

- Positive thinking

- Team worker

- Highly motivated to learn and build a career in a sales environment.
