Specialist / Consultant Endodontist - Government Sector | UAE

A leading Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking experienced Endodontists to join its specialist dental team.

This opportunity is open to internationally trained dental professionals seeking to relocate to the UAE and offers the opportunity to work within a modern government healthcare environment equipped with advanced dental technology and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Candidates with internationally recognized qualifications, including UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of patients requiring endodontic care.
• Perform routine and complex root canal treatments and retreatment procedures.
• Diagnose and manage pulpal and periapical diseases.
• Perform appropriate endodontic procedures for complex and challenging cases.
• Assess dental trauma and provide appropriate endodontic management.
• Evaluate clinical findings, radiographs, and other diagnostic investigations.
• Collaborate with restorative dentists, prosthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.
• Provide appropriate post-treatment follow-up and long-term patient care.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs.
• Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development where applicable.
• Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and evidence-based dental practice.

Requirements

• Dental degree such as BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Endodontics.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Strong clinical experience in conventional and complex endodontic procedures.
• Experience in endodontic retreatment and management of complex cases.
• Experience working within a hospital, dental center, or multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board are encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
