Specialist / Consultant Orthodontist - UK CCT

We are seeking an experienced Orthodontist with a UK CCT to join a leading healthcare institution in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive orthodontic assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management for patients of all appropriate age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic assessments and clinical examinations.
• Develop individualized orthodontic treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Diagnose and manage malocclusions, dental and skeletal discrepancies.
• Provide fixed, removable, and other appropriate orthodontic treatments.
• Monitor treatment progress and make necessary clinical adjustments.
• Manage complex orthodontic cases in coordination with other dental and medical specialists.
• Counsel patients and families regarding treatment options, expectations, and oral health.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection-control, patient-safety, and UAE healthcare standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, and quality improvement activities.
• Support teaching and mentoring of junior dental staff where required.

Requirements

• UK CCT in Orthodontics or equivalent recognized UK specialist qualification.
• Valid professional registration in the UK or current country of practice.
• Relevant post-qualification clinical experience in Orthodontics.
• Strong experience in comprehensive orthodontic treatment and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible for UAE dental licensing, subject to the relevant health authority's assessment
